When you order from our website, you always can return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it.

1) Please notify us before this deadline by email.

2) Return the product to us within 14 days of notifying us. The product can not be used, it must be in the original packaging and with intact labels.

Attach the return form according to the template below, remembering to enter the account number to which we are to transfer the refund amount and attach the receipt.
